How do I enter residential treatment?
- Please call Assessment Center to schedule an assessment appointment.
- 559-264-5096 ext. 12. At your scheduled assessment, you will be placed in the program determined to best fit your recovery needs.

- We are located at 2445 West Whites Bridge Avenue, Fresno, CA 93706
How do I get to CAP?
- Take 180 West to Marks Avenue
- Exit Marks Avenue, turn left at intersection
- Turn left onto Whitesbridge Road (second light)
- Continue to 2445 W. Whitesbridge Avenue and turn right into parking lot
When can family visit?
- Visit times are scheduled each Sunday from 1-3 P.M.
- Family members must attend a Family Education Session before each Sunday visit.
When are the Family Education Sessions held?
- Family Education sessions are held every Wednesday evening from 7-8:30 P.M.
- Note, the first Sunday of each month is a “free-be” and Family Education Sessions are waived.
Is there a black-out period for visitation?
- Yes, no visits are allowed the first 7 days in treatment (except children 16 and under).
